PCD insert is mainly for cutting Aluminium,Aluminium alloys,Copper,Carbide,Fiber plastics,Graphite and other nonferrous materials. Upon customer’s cutting material and cutting condition, Our technical person will choose the right PCD grade and design suitable tool geometries, which could achieve the long cutting life and good surface finish.
